2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

• Free Trials: We may offer a free trial or a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free offers at any time without notice.

• Paid Subscriptions: Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us (through our third-party payment processors like Stripe) to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually).

• Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4. User Content and Acceptable Use

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the text, images, prices, and logos you upload to create your digital menu ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any laws.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your menu content (including prices, allergen information, and descriptions). QRbomo.com is not responsible for any disputes between you and your restaurant guests.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original code, design, layout, graphics, and underlying software, is the exclusive property of QRbomo.com and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability and "As Is" Basis

• Service Availability: We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime, but the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRbomo.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination
